[Scanner] Missouri HP Troop G tower near West Plains goes down

       Well it's nice to know that some departments have their act together 
in case of a communication emergency. Some local departments here don't even 
have a backup in case their state-of-the -art trunking system is disabled for 
one reason or another. You'd be suprised st the lack of contingency plans 
that the public service depts. here have. By the way,"here" is New Orleans 
and the surrounding metro area. An area that SHOULD have backup plans.
