Sure it is a problem. Never said it was not.
What I said however, that due to the expertise of the Missouri State Highway
Patrol radio shop, and the local Motorola dealer, that the interuption to service
was minimized, and there are very few problems in their communications
system at this point.
Will they keep their point to point communications on the same tower
that we have temporarily installed it? Nope.
Will they keep their low band using the remote sites, and the lower
temporary tower only as a local transmitter? Nope.
Will they have the backup system that they have with the high power
transmitter on top of the tower that fell, and the redundancy of
the remote sites? Nope.
Are they haveing difficulties in contacting their officers at this point?
Nope.
Will they continue to do their job, dispatching their officers, with
very few complications due to the loss of the tower? Yep.
Will they rebuild their tower, and regain full functionality, and full
redundancy? Yep.
