  I want to purchase 396T. I live in muncie, In. I use the scanner for all purpose listening, and use for scanning at the car races. The more knowlegable of you, what is the best programming for the scanner. I have an analog scanner now. There does not see to be much left to listen to. I was looking at scanner masters web site. I do notwant to purchase things I will not use.
