The constant paging is also wrecking havoc on the system controllers,
apparently.  I've gotten five or six recall pages on my pager over the
past couple of weeks, saying that the system was either in failsoft or
override, due to the patching.

Our agency's radios are already reprogrammed.  Hopefully they will be
able to end this patch madness at some point soon.

As always, good catch, Ken!  Without you and your trunker program,
we'd be at a loss on quite a few of these changes.
