[ScanIndiana] new IMPD Illegal tac radio frequency found !!!!!

Hello To All,I found a IMPD Illegal tac radio frequency that is used by 2nd shift in the Northwest Sector. Please put the frequency in your scanner and you will have the worst language for Police Officers I have ever heard.Police Officers using profantiy over the public airwaves,Wounder what Riley Holingsworth would think about this!!!. The frequency is 154.475.I cannot find any type of vaild license being held for this frequency by any Police Agency.One Officer was talking to another by the name of Greg and another female officer was using profanity.This was heard around 9:30 PM Monday 2-13-07 on my Bearcat 300 that I have on my nightstand near my bed with the antenna that came with the radio.Thanks Best Requards,Tim DeLong W9NES
