[ScanIndiana] Question about talkgroup 29840 in Indianapolis

I have a queston for the experts who monitor the Safe-t system.A freind of mine bought a new Radio Shack Pro-2096.While checking out his scanner in the Newsroom with the antenna provided by Radio Shack his tech people programmed the scanner fror him.He was getting talkgroup 29840 which showed up on his display.I checked Raduio Reference.com and this talk group is assigned to Bartholomew County Sheriff as 03-BCS-DISP-1, which is there main dispatch on 800Mhz.I have checked the Indianapolis Safe-t site located at 8500 East 21St Street for District 52 Indiana State Police Post.I have had my scanner on search and and have found other talkgroups on the system but not seen the 29840 show up on the display.I checked his scanner and saw the following frequencies come across while the talkgroup 29840 was on the scanner.Frequencies were 867.2875, 867.0375, 868.7125.His tech people have the scanner programmed right but it is not comming thru the Dist 52 Safe-t site.What Safe-t site is he getting this this talkgroup thru with just the anteena that plugs into the back of the scanner.I cannot get this talkgroup on mu Uniden 796D's and if anyone could share with me what Safe-t site I need to program into my 796D's to get Bartholomew County Sheriff that would be great.I live on the Northwest Side of Indianapolis around the area of 79Th and Michigan Road.Thank You .Tim DeLong W9NES Indianapolis
