Avon Fire is currently dispatched by Plainfield using Marion County's 
MECA 800MHz trunked system. They may be changing to SAFE-T this 
summer when the county activates its centralized dispatch center. I 
don't believe Avon uses their VHF channel anymore.

However, my old records indicate that they were using PL 127.3 on this channel.
