[ScanIndiana] New radio system for Indianapolis/Marion County

Hello To All,I have a question about the new system,I understand that the new radio system will be Motorola ''ASTRO'' and there are no scanners on the market that will pick up Motorola Astro systems.Will anyone in Indianapolis/Marion County be able to listen to the new system on a Uniden 796 D, or a Uniden 250D.,Please advise,Thanks Tim DeLong W9NES
