That is great deal for an excellent digital scanner.
Now is the time to buy one!!

I have a Pro-96 and it is an excellent performer. With a programming cable
and the Win96 software you have the ultimate scanner set up. Along with my
home area files, I have files specific for my travels across I-70 
westward to
Indianapolis. With a couple of button pushes one can change their scanner
from one area to another in a flash. I highly recommend it.
