[ScanIndiana] ADMIN: BS laws Carmel Police stopped ISP unmarked.

WOW I bet their face was red.... Was it in the paper, or just by word of 
mouth...How Stuped can they be. I go thru Carmel at times with a caprice 
with 3 antennas on the back. Ham license plates tho.wonder if I will get 
stopped. Even if young bucks want to arrest everyone they must know law. I 
have the Indiana criminal and traffic law book in my squad car so I am up to 
date with the laws. I only carry a hand held scanner in my POV until I can 
get a digital scanner to listen to IPD and ISP down there and up here in the
