Hello Ken, you are right, the Dispatch center for Fedearl Protective Service for Indianapolis is in Battle Creek Michigan.I also listen to this frequency and have heard the same thing.The FPS used to have their own Dispatch here in Indianapolis a long time ago but the moved the dispatch to Battle Creek Michigan to save money.Thanks Best Requards Tim DeLong W9NES
