7216 and 7280 are correct.  There is a fair amount of traffic on the PD
talkgroup.  Make sure you're monitoring system 1 (the same one that IPD and
MCSD are on), as opposed to system 2 (City DOT, DPW, etc...).

I never seem to hear the Indianapolis Intl. Airport PD & FD on the MECA
system are the talk group ID's for Fire dispatch 7216? And PD 7280?
