A full APCO25 system has a 9600 baud control channel, which the BC785 & 250
do not handle. Most newer digital systems are full APCO25 which is not
monitorable by the original digital scanners.

Sorry - bring them to Michigan and you'll find that the BC250D/785D do
nothing for you while the 296D will work!
