[ScanIndiana] More on Avon FD on MECA I

Avon FD went on a run Monday night and the rescue unit advised dispatch he
was switching his radio from dispatch to AFD Ops 1....he ended up on Airport
Fire Ops 1...ooops.  I'm sure the radios just say AFD ops 1....still some
bugs to work out!
