I told the group about 9072 a couple of months ago. Avon has been using it 
for major incidents since about May 1st.

What I've monitored for the past week is that initial dispatches are 
simulcast on OPS-1 and their VHF repeater. After the initial dispatch, most 
transmissions from dispatch are also simulcast on OPS-1 and the VHF 
repeater, but transmissions back to dispatch are not simulcast.
