This is complete and total speculation but probably 9040.  And while I'm
speculating there's probably an OPS-3 on 9136.  Perhaps this calls for
some monitoring.

Ideally, one would use trunker to tag all the radios used on OPS-1.
Then it would log other Avon talkgroups as they are used.
