[ScanIndiana] LTR systems

Hi Tim,

I just spent 2 days at the Law Enforcement Academy for a class...  I took my
Pro93, and a Pro96 with me for entertainment...  I heard nothing sounding
like an LTR system and didn't see anything about any listed on Indyscan...
Granted I was in Plainfield, but easily heard more than I could keep track
of with one radio at times...  I took prints of pages with me just so I knew
what I should be hearing...  Lotsa Motorola down there...  Heard one EDACS
series of beeps while searching, but never spent the time to figure out the
full set of channels and who it was...  I took the pull up BNC with me and
with being on a second floor of the motel, it was adequate for
entertainment...
