It sounds like what you are referring to are the multi-selects when a
broadcast is made over several talkgroups.  If you are using any Uniden
trunk tracking scanner newer than a 235, you will hear it on any of the =
talk
groups that are part of the multi-select.  If you are using the 235 or =
895,
then you have to program the actual multi-select group in.
