[ScanIndiana] Terry Airport name change to Indianapolis Executive

Received from other aviation sources:

"Terry Airport has had a name change - it is now Indianapolis Executive."

This is located on IN St Rd 32 in Boone County near Hamilton County line, 
just north of Indianapolis.  Fact is, Hamilton County bought the Terry Airport 
and has now renamed it.  Also, latest scanindiana license postings (#488) show 
new aviation frequencies being licensed for it by Hamilton County.  Old app 
still contains name of Terry Airport.
