     I guess I mispoke, what I copied were two Moto techs in conversation 
regarding recent tower and repeater work.  One tech was in the clear, one 
was encrypted.  Why he was encrypted I don't know.  Chopped up digital voice 
with ENC flashing on the display.  It was one of the 63XXX TGs not 65XXX I 
had posted earlier.  Cheers!
