[ScanIndiana] Scanner Purchase

I have a Uniden 785D and I am having a tough time programming for digital
trunked systems and the SAFE-T frequencies. Does anyone have experience
programming this scanner? I've read the manual and it is less than helpful.
I set a bank for the Motorola Type II 800, but have no idea how to put the
tags in for the control channels etc.

Is there a scanner on the market (for mobile use) that will receive 800
digital yet is easy to program?
