[ScanIndiana] North Central SAFE-T

Recently purchased a 796D and have been monitoring SAFE-T in the North
Central area. I can pick up Marshall, Claypool, South Bend, and Rochester
sites well. Great luck with the default settings as far as voice clarity
goes. Was wondering if anyone has any tips on scanning multiple sites in
the same bank. With the old TTs you could lock out a control channel but it
seems with the TT4 it doesn't care if the CC is locked out or not. It picks
up the first or strongest CC in the bank. I'd like to be able to switch
which site I'm listening to without programming different sites in different
banks. Also, this question was posed to the list awhile back, but I haven't
heard DNR North Region in analog since I've gone digital. I used to pick up
the old analog TG (912??) on my TT2 but I'm pretty sure they've gone to all
digital TGs. If anyone wants to share info on the system let me know or
post to the list. I've been in scanning for over 10 years now and consider
this list one of the greatest resources around. Cheers!

BTW, some of the ISP districts I'm able to monitor on the Plymouth site:
ISP D24
ISP D16
ISP D13
above include dispatch and OPS TGs.
SEMA
DNR North Region
one of the Motorola Tech TGs was active a few days ago with testing in P25
and encrypted modes but I forgot to write it down. 65XXX something.

Also for those of you who keep track, ISP Interdiction units have switched
numbering. They used to be 24-90, 24-91, 16-90, etc. All units are now
regional and have gone to DES numbering i.e. 96-98, 96-97, etc.
