  I don't have a 250d but can suggest some additional resources to try. You
might also try the following:

www.strongsignals.net	The message boards. There is one just for bc250d

www.radioreference.com	 The forum. Same type of deal. This site requires
registration, but is free for basic use

The "CARMA" email list ot yahoogroups. There are some 250d users there as
well.
