[ScanIndiana] Allen County?

The Ft Wayne 9600bps system was encrypted as of Sheriff Joel Working's
funeral...  Allen County may be different, however I jusst read on the
fwpd.org site that they are simply digital 800...  Its in the discussion
forum on July 30th or so...  They have changed that since the system was put
in place and used up here...  Sorry for the mislead there...
