[ScanIndiana] Allen County?

When I was at the Fort Wayne hamfest, they were demonstrating the soon to
be released BC-250D scanner, and they chose the Allen County system to
test, since that was the closest digital system.

There was at least SOME non-encrypted traffic there, because I heard
voices coming from talkgroups that I assume were on that system.

Dave, do you have a digital capable scanner to confirm that they are not
just P-25?  If not, then perhaps Rob can take his Pro-96 with him, and
tell us for sure :-)
