[ScanIndiana] Hyperfix? on MECA

Talkgroup 851 (IPD-CD3) on trunktrackers;  The patch ID is 4149
(IPD-CD3, S1-T2, S1-T4).

Curious if anyone knows for sure.  Sounds like they're dealing with the
hyperfix congestion.  Copter 4 apparently has a ham radio operator on
board (video downlink?).  So, maybe someone around here knows what's
what?  ;-)

Are hams using MECA itself?  Perhaps one of the S1-T?? TAC channels? 
I've seen some activity on S1-T2, S1-T4, S1-T7, S1-T11.
