Well, I was going to hold off on buying one of Uniden's digital scanners 
until the bugs were worked out and the technology was a little more robust. 
But, now it seems that agencies in my back yard are starting to transition 
to SAFE-T, so I may have to accelerate my purchase. Good thing the Dayton 
Hamvention is coming up. Maybe one of the dealers there will have a bargain 
price. I'm not counting on it, though, given the newness of the scanner.

Another question more related to the digital scanners...Let's say you have 
a BC785D in your vehicle and a BC250D that you use around the house. Can 
you carry the BCi25D digital card back and forth between the two units 
without losing any programming information?
