Excellent... I posted all the details of that site a few times last
week. But, here they are again:
Astro Network, System 7829, Cell 15, 83.72 Hz Tone
868.3750 - Control Channel
866.8750 - Voice
867.4750 - Voice
859.7375 - Voice
867.9000 - Voice, Alternate Control Channel
866.4750 - Voice
Frequencies are listed top to bottom by order of their assignment. The
SAFE-T radios say either "Greenwood" or "Site 15" when they are voting
into this tower.

Exactly, each talkgroup is on any combination of SAFE-T sites all at
once. And, to make your head hurt more: nearly all the dispatchers are
on hard-wired consoles. So, you aren't guaranteed to hear dispatch
consistently on any particular tower site. Dispatch and the talkgroup
they are on will transmit from whatever tower is near an officer on that
talkgroup.
Your only saving grace is that there are numerous officers affiliated
with Danville's primary talkgroups at any point in time. So, Danville
talkgroups should consistently transmit from every tower near Danville.
But, lesser used talkgroups may jump from tower to tower depending on
who's using the talkgroup.
