I have said this before and I will say it again.
If someone has tapes of the police using
unlicensed freq's, then any case the police are
working on, or mentioned on the unassigned
freq's, are in jeopardy. The police and district
attorney will lose an important case because of
the "unauthorized" use of freq's to discuss a
case, or to cordinate a "bust". It will happen.
