I just spoke to a toll rd troop...  He told me they are hooked the computers
up via cell with a data cable...  They will have internet capability only
near the toll and service plazas...  Other than that, he said nothing much
going to change other than not hearing much on the voice channels...  They
already have the laptops installed...  Since EDACS is set in the county, his
thoughts on the Motorola was that it would not be in this county...
