It kind of sounds like THPD was kind of like Wayne Township Fire in Marion
County. They couldn't wait for MECA to get going and invested in their own
EDACS system that was pretty much always a dog, from what I could tell.
I am originally from Terre Haute, and my folks still live there, but I am
not there that much, especially with a scanner, and I don't even own a
250D(yet)!
