[ScanIndiana] Scanner Law??

WOW! It sure was simple when I lived in Alaska. I had
my PRO 2006 sitting on the dashboard of my truck and
heard some real good radio. Aahhhhh....Those were the
days! (just my 2 cents guys, got change for a dollar?)
