To Answer Your Question What difference will it make ? They both are Not 
legal to Monitor   Also this is What I posted to another Group, Enjoy our 
Hobby and do what We want in our Little private areas,  just don't brag 
about it if it's not legal, People already think Scanner listeners are all 
weird .

We feel that anything coming into our Space and it  can be heard on our 
Scanner is Legal to listen to , Well in most case  it is,  Only if We keep 
our Mouth Shut , as in this Incident, if for Some Reason,  I illegally 
picked up My Neighbors Phone calls and they were Complaining about the 
Idiot next Door with Ant"s all over the place messing up their TV etc . I 
sure would not when I see them,  Say Hey I may be an Idiot and stupid 
enough to Tell You I heard what You said about Me on Your Cordless Phone , 
But I don"t mess up Your TV.  Keep Our Mouth Shut before we loose More 
Rights  To Listen,  Old Navy Saying Loose Lips Sink Ships.
