[ScanIndiana] 153.560 in Indianapolis

Can anyone figure out who the guys on 153.560 are?  I first heard them
08/20/2001 18:53 and they were there every night for at least a week, maybe
two.  They've shown up again starting 04/30/2002 12:35 and I'm still hearing
them tonight.  They sound like they're cleaning up debris off the sides of
the interstate.  I checked Indiana licenses but didn't come up with anything
conclusive.  There's a license for Linkel Construction out of Batesville,
but these guys could be from anywhere I suppose.
