[ScanIndiana] WTTV Ch4

Happy Herb, YES! He hosted Popeye and dressed as a
sailor. He was on his "warf". He gave away Sarkas
Tarzian radios as prizes for contests. I won one and
still have it. I listen to Art Bell on 1070AM with it.
