Hammond Ind  added 3 New Freqs  as of May 7, 2002 and As of Yesterday I 
found out Why ,  Now East Chicago In. is Sharing Hammond,  Trunked System.

East Chicago Tac 1  ID 1648  More To Come as I get them .



The scanning order is (the way they should be programmed for optimal
