[ScanIndiana] To Dick (antennas)

[Chance Westfall]

The antenna I have now is a rubber one, the static I hear doesn't come from a computer or anything like that, it pretty much sounds like the static you hear when a TV goes out. Would a outside antenna work better or what would you suggest?
