[ScanIndiana] SCANNER HELP

I have a dual trunking Radio Shack pro 94, 1000 channels.  I had it programed 
and it worked wonderful for a while, then it started getting static and 
cutting in and out where you can't hardly hear anything. Had it reprogrammed, 
but it didn't help, any one have any suggestions.
