    Hi... I am sure Most law enforment agencies try very hard to do the
best... Ours does have a lax reputation... If you ever listened to the
scanner here.. i am sure you would agree they could do things a bit
differently.... Better maybe differenly definitly..

    I live in a small town now uoto about 6 years ago I lived in
Indianapolis... I never heard some of things that go on here when I lived in
Indy... But thi sis a small town. Perhaps they need something to do when
nothing else is happening...
