District 22 has installed 800mhz radios in all of the cars up here
already...  Just isn't public knowledge since they are only doing 2 cars a
month...  They are using cellular to call the post since their dispatch
can't hear them under any normal conditions...  The old crappy North tower
in Ligonier would make someone a good boat anchor...
