[ScanIndiana] Fort Wayne Finally Switched Over

In case you haven't turned on your scanner today in Fort Wayne, the next
time you do you will notice a big silence in the police and fire bands. 
Almost all local police and fire departments switched over to the
digital 800 system early this morning.

According to Channel 15, Aboite and Washington Twp Fire Depts. will stay
on VHF for now, so that's good news for those in that area.

TRAA (the local EMS) is still on conventional, as well.

ISP Post 22 will also remain on 42 MHz.  How they will communicate with
the county and city I don't know.
