[ScanIndiana] Johnson county system?

Hi all, I just punched in the Johnson County system on my trunker
computer.  It is showing sysid of 7829, Type II networked, node 9.  The
thing that has me stumped is I am getting a signal strength of 99.7%,
and I am located northwest of the Indy airport!

Is the state system networking coming along, and they have a site up
close to me?  According to the tower site map, it looks like there is
one planned for around Danville, is it up and going?
