Oh great! Now it is worst. I thought it would improve with the digital 
transmissions. It might be a bug in the system. There is a lot of law 
enforcement agencies that are complaining about their new digital systems and 
they going back to their analog systems, take Kansas City PD for instance. 
Since these systems are new, it might take awhile for them to find and fix 
the bugs that are probably in them.
