I agree. As screwed up as the Indiana legislature is right now, they won't
even want to take
the time to deal with scanner laws.

I repeat, it's a piece of cake to get a Ham license. The online tests give
you a good idea of what
you'll see on the written test, they're good study aids, and you might just
learn something
