Thank you for posting this.  I have expected this to happen in our area for quite a while.  It’s taken longer than I thought.  With the level of scams, identity theft and other misuse of personal information, it’s probably overdue.  Everything changes and so does our scanning hobby.  Still a lot to listen to on the airwaves.
