[Scan-DC] Pro-197

Thank you gentlemen. I ordered the Whistler cable, see if it works. I have
a FTDI cable, and also tried a direct RS232 from an older laptop, and
various software will not download from the scanner.

The scanner will be in Boone County, Indiana, so most of the systems are
listenable, except Carmel where I live. But what this guy and his wife
wants to listen to is no problem.
