[Scan-DC] Fishy question

I have done quite a bit of research into this operation, but my notes are
on my computer in storage. They run a massive operation with sometimes as
many as five spotter planes that operate, as I recall, on 122.925.
They cover the Chesapeake as well as the Atlantic from Jersey to the
Carolinas.
The ships are based out of Reedville, Va. The FCC licenses are under
different names, but Omega Protein is one of the most recent ones.
Sometimes they use encryption, and sometimes they use regular marine
channels.
If I can find my old computer in storage, I can tell you more. Please
