[Scan-DC] Cell Phone Signal Booster Recommendtions

I'm trying to help a friend address poor cell coverage in his home in rural
Fairfax County.

He gets "one bar" outside at the bottom of the hill where his home
was built.  Inside the home, it's weaker.

Has anybody had experience with cell phone boosters?  What model do you use?

Alternatively, I guess he could use the wi-fi calling option on his phone.

What do you guys use these days for full-house wifi?
