[Scan-DC] WSGM941

[Henry Bright]

The only location I can find for this system, at least as of today, is the
VSP Area 45 Office on Columbia Pike. Nothing from the Braddock Road office
(which is listed on the license). And I didn’t receive it from Downtown
DC/Capitol Hill.
