This definitely appears to be a trunked system, despite the conventional
license. I plugged the freqs in my SDS100:

852.05 is a Control Channel and shows as Sys ID 19E (STARS), Site #20, NAC
190.

This is the same NAC and Site # that has been reported for VSP’s
Transportable TRS site.

It appears the site is located at VSP’s Area 45 Office on Columbia Pike. I
haven’t had a chance to check signal reception at VSP’s Area 9, 48 Office
on Braddock Road (the other location on the FCC license).
